Easy Peasy! Use the recipe here for the filling, and melt your chocolate. Prepare your mold- I used silicone so it was easy release. I used a butter knife to paint a thin layer of chocolate onto the sides and bottoms of the heart cups. You could also fill the cups, turn them upside down, empty the chocolate and scrape.. but thats all too easy and professional for me.
Pop it into the freezer for 3-4 minutes until the chocolate is hardened. Form your filling into little balls and start smushing it into the cups of chocolate.
Next, fill the tops with chocolate, and scrape off the excess. Pop back in the freeer for 5-10 minutes, until the chocolate on top is firm. Then pop out and here you go!
